From the bride who wants to plan her own wedding and needs a coordinator with a light touch, to the bride who wants us to do it all, we have several options.
The DOC package is perfect for the bride who wants to plan her own “one of a kind” wedding but wants to take the stress off herself and her family on the wedding day. With personal attention to match your desires, the Coordinator will carry out all the hard work and bring your dream to life!
The Coordinator will:
Help create a timeline for the ceremony and vendor arrivals.
Create a diagram for the reception.
Set up the ceremony and reception according to your design.
Direct the rehearsal according to the order of ceremony.
Coordinate the ceremony and reception.
Answer questions and provide suggestions throughout the planning process.
Clean up after the event.
Be present at the reception to direct the events according to the reception agenda (i.e., announcement of the couple, special dances, cutting of the wedding cake, and send-off).
The Coordinator Package is for the bride who wants to plan her special day but would like extra help in bringing her vision to life. The Coordinator is a more active participant in the planning and implementing process as well as in coordination of events of the wedding day.
The Coordinator will:
Perform all of the duties listed in the Day-of Package.
Present a proposal for the event based on the bride’s theme/inspirations, to include design and decore suggestions as well as estimated costs for implementing those suggestions.
Make recommendations to the bride in the selection of vendors appropriate for her vision of her special day.
Accompany the bride on the initial appointment to rental company and florist to develop the details for the event.
The planner is ideal for the bride who wants help with every aspect of her wedding, from start to finish.
The Planner will:
Perform all the duties listed in the Coordinator package.
Be involved in development of the wedding from beginning to end.
Guide the bride in developing the wedding theme based on her inspiration and wishes for the day.
Create the design and décor proposal based on the developed theme, to include estimated costs for implementation.
Provide email reminders to keep the bride on schedule.
Be responsible for all vendor coordination and be available to attend all meetings with the bride, including but not limited to the stationery company, rental company, florist, caterer, musicians, lighting technician and bakery.
Perform the complete setup of the ceremony and reception site(s) on the event day.
Assist with hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests, including assistance with planning “welcome baskets.”
Assist with rehearsal dinner planning, including location, décor, etc.
