Once There Were Beautiful Horses….
Now there are beautiful brides in the Stables Event Center on the estate that had been the horse farm of former Razorback football coach Houston Nutt. With 3,500 square feet available to stage your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, corporate event, nonprofit gala or business banquet, the Stables is the quintessential setting.
The Stables reception venue will accommodate up to 200 guests inside, 80 guests on the side deck and 120 on the back deck. Also, we’ve just added the Veranda, a covered room off the Stables which will seat 250 guests for a ceremony or 150 guests for dining. The Veranda has a stunning view of the vineyards. When you book your event at the Stables, we provide round tables with linens and crystal Chiavari chairs, custom wine-barrel cocktail tables, catered menu and a Sassafras wine and beer menu with bartenders. A wireless microphone, ceiling speakers and 90” flat screen monitor are included, too.
Creative flourishes inside the Stables
Men’s and women’s rooms with some of the farm’s original horse stalls (no worries! Not a whiff of horse!), wine art by renown Canadian painter Leanne Laine, exquisite light fixtures created by a craftsman from Paso Robles, California with wine barrel rings that encircle stunning wine glass chandeliers.
Our experienced staff personalizes every detail to fulfill your “Grape Expectations”—that’s the enchantment of Sassafras Springs!
