The Veranda
The Veranda is our covered room off the Stables which will seat 250 guests for a ceremony or 150 guests for dining. It boasts a stunning view of the vineyards.

Tasting Room

Sassafras Wine Production Facility
Our family’s celebration of wine’s fascinating journey, from the vineyard to the wine bottle is the Sassafras Wine Production Facility. As lovers of wine and the wine production process, the crown jewel is our bottling equipment, imported from Italy, just click on the video to see it in action. Our Wine Production Facility will elevate your every event into a once-in-a lifetime celebration. Join us for one of our special events or schedule your next event up to 80 people.

The Lodge
Inspired by European and American wine resorts, The Lodge features a spacious Great Room with a 16-foot handcrafted oak table, four elegant suites, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping up to eight, it’s ideal for rehearsal dinners, retreats, and family gatherings.
The Retreat
Tuscan-inspired and serene, The Retreat features four luxurious bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and sweeping vineyard views. Sleeping up to eight, it’s perfect for getaways, small celebrations, and enjoying full access to the on-site Winery and Tasting Room.
